Course Description
The course equips students to be competent leaders in the ever-changing and ever-demanding food service industry. Those who are new to the food service industry will benefit from close networking with students and faculty; they will be assisted in dealing with the fundamentals of the course and have opportunities to explore their areas of interest before choosing their career. The course is taught through team-teaching so that students are provided with in-depth theory and extensive practical experiences. By the end of the course, students will be more than ready to embark on their career in the food service industry.
